Take It Easy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. instant rice
    1 can Cream of Chicken soup
    1 can Cream of Celery soup
    1/2 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 c. Cream of Mushroom soup
    1 cut up chicken
Preparation
    Mix rice with soups and water in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle 1/2 pkg. of onion soup mix over rice and soup.
    Put chicken over this. Top with remaining onion soup mix.
    Cover pan tightly with foil. Bake at 250 degrees for 2 1/2 hours.
    (May need 1/4 c. more water.)
