Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen hash browns
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese or chopped Velveeta
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
    chopped onion (optional)
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Layer partially thawed hash browns over the butter.
    Mix the cheese, soup and sour cream; pour over potatoes.
    Sprinkle corn flakes over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes, or until bubbly.
