Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. hydrogentated vegetable shortening
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 yeast cake, mixed with 1/4 c. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients, milk and yeast mixture.
    Knead, roll out and let rise 5 minutes before baking.
    Bake in oven at 475\u00b0.
