Quick And Easy Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    6 potatoes, peeled and sliced
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain grease.
    Place one layer of ground beef in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish (sprayed with Pam).
    Cover potatoes with ground beef, then place frozen vegetables on top. Mix soup with 1/2 can of water and pour over top of vegetables. Cover with foil and bake in 375\u00b0 oven for approximately 2 hours.
