Squaw Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Treet or Spam luncheon meat, cubed
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
3 eggs (or egg substitute), beaten
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
Preparation

In a skillet, brown the luncheon meat and onion.
Add the corn and cook until bubbly.
Add the eggs and turn the heat down to low.
Stir occasionally until eggs are set.
Sprinkle in the chives and serve at once.
Makes 3 to 4 servings.
