French-Style Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag green beans
    1 stick butter
    1 shallot, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 c. curly parsley
Preparation
    Steam green beans whole until tender.
    Melt butter in large pan.
    Add chopped shallots, garlic and curly parsley.
    Saute until tender, but not brown.
    Add green beans and mix well.
