Simple Scalloped Potatoes(Cooking Time 30 Minutes) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. peeled and sliced potatoes
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole, combine potatoes, flour, salt and onion.
    Toss lightly.
    Stir in milk and butter.
    Cook, covered, 5 minutes, or until milk is just about to boil.
    Stir mixture, then cook on Defrost 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Let stand, covered, for 3 to 5 minutes.
    If desired, sprinkle with paprika or parsley.
    Yields 4 servings.
