Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick butter, melted
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation
    Mix sugar, salt, butter, eggs and vinegar.
    Add coconut, raisins and pecans.
    Pour in unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until firm in the center.
