Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1/3 c. water
1 large box instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. Duncan Hines white cake mix
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation

Blend oil, eggs, water and pudding together, then add cake mix.
Oil a Bundt pan.
Combine pineapple and brown sugar.
Pour into pan.
Top with cake mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes in pan.
