Turkey Sloppy Joes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground turkey
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 large red onion, chopped
    1 sweet green pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. bottled barbecue sauce
    1/4 c. chopped stuffed green olives
    4 hard rolls, split
Preparation
    Heat medium size nonstick skillet over medium heat.
    Add turkey.
    Cook, breaking up meat with spoon until no longer pink. Place in colander to drain.
    Wipe skillet clean with paper towel. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
    Add onion, green pepper, oregano, cumin and chili powder.
    Cook uncovered for 6 minutes or until softened, stir occasionally.
    Add turkey, tomato sauce, barbecue sauce and olives.
    Bring to simmer; cook 5 minutes. Serve on rolls or over rice.
