Tuna-Melon Dinner Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    2 c. cubed cantaloupe
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
    7 oz. can tuna (water packed), drained and flaked
    3/4 c. sliced process American cheese, cut in strips
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. sliced green onion
    1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Blend 1/2 cup reduced fat mayonnaise or salad dressing and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Add to tuna mixture and toss lightly.
    Serves 8.
