Baked Pork Chops With Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 thick pork chops
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, sliced
    8 to 10 potatoes, halved or quartered
    1 c. chicken stock
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Brown pork chops.
    Put in baking pan and on top put onions, potatoes and chicken stock.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven.
