Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8-inch) pie crusts
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. hot water
    1 c. dark molasses
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    First, mix crumbs together (flour, sugar and shortening) until size of a pea.
    Take out about 1 cup and set aside.
    Mix liquids (hot water, molasses and baking soda), stir together and add your crumbs and fill pie shells 3/4 full.
    Sprinkle your crumbs on top. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes, 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Do not open oven until done.
