salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can evaporated milk
2 lb. grated Jack cheese
2 Tbsp. finely chopped Ortega green chilies
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pimentos
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Beat eggs.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Add remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
