Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 6 pork chops
    1 can (No. 2) tomatoes
Preparation
    Salt and pepper chops.
    Roll in flour and brown in hot grease. When brown, pour off most of the grease.
    Slice onion and add to grease, browning well.
    Add chopped tomatoes (pour this over the chops and onions).
    Cover with tight lid, turn heat down and allow to cook slowly until well done.
    Serve with grits.
