Shrimp Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    2 medium onions
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 cans water
    1 tsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3 c. raw shrimp
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute
    onions and green pepper in bacon drippings until tender.
    Add
    tomato paste, water with flour blended in, sugar and Worcestershire.
    Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Simmer 20 minutes.
    Serve over hot, fluffy rice.
    Serves 6 to 8.
