Festive Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. coconut
1 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
-
Combine sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, margarine, vanilla and eggs,
mixing
well.
Spoon into a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle over top of
sweet potatoes.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
