Freezer Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. thinly sliced unpeeled sm. cucumbers
    1 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Sprinkle salt over pickles and onion and let stand for 3 hours. Stir once in awhile.
    Dissolve sugar in vinegar and add celery seed.
    Drain pickles and onion.
    Pour vinegar mixture over pickles. Put in refrigerator over night.
