Chicken Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. diced cooked chicken
4 c. cooked rice
2 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. sweet peas
1/3 c. diced carrots (about the size of peas)
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. minced onion
2 Tbsp. Kikkoman soy sauce
Preparation

Heat oil, saute onion.
Add carrots and peas, stir fry 2 minutes.
Add chicken.
Add egg and scramble.
Stir in rice and cooked until heated.
Add soy sauce, cook and stir until headed through.
Makes 6-8 servings.
