Nutmeg Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp. yellow salad mustard
2 Tbsp. brown sugar substitute
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cook carrots in small amount of boiling water for about 15 minutes.
Drain and then add other ingredients, stirring well to blend.
