Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried beans
    1/8 lb. salt pork
    1 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. white sugar
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight or boil for 1 hour before baking.
    Place in beanpot.
    Add ingredients. Fill with water to about 1-inch above beans. Bake at 275\u00b0 for about 9 to 10 minutes. Check water occasionally (may substitute 2 tablespoons cold bacon grease for salt pork). Make sure to check beans for small rocks and wash them before cooking.
