Cinnamon Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 apples
    1/4 c. cinnamon
    1 c. sugar
    3 c. water
Preparation
    In a saucepan, pour three cups of water and bring to a boil; cut and slice apples.
    Do not leave seed in slices or peels.
    Put apple slices in boiling water; add cinnamon and sugar.
    Let apples cook until tender.
    Add more sugar and cinnamon if taste is not sweet.
    Add more water if needed.
