Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Knox gelatine
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 c. crushed pineapple
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatine in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Then add other ingredients.
    When this is partially set, add Cool Whip to gelatine mixture.
    Break angel food cake into small pieces.
    Line a four-quart mixing bowl with wax paper.
    Put layer of mixture, then layer of cake until all is used.
    Place in refrigerator overnight.
    Then turn out on cake plate.
