Hot Cheddar Cheese Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
3/4 c. flour
5 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In a medium bowl, work all ingredients together until well blended.
Knead mixture with hands until it is a smooth, even dough.
Pinch off small pieces of dough (rounded teaspoonful size) and roll into ball.
Place on ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 25 appetizers.
