Sauteed Beef Tips With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef tips (sirloin preferred)
1 large onion
1 large pkg. fresh mushrooms
salt and pepper to taste
1 can beef bouillon
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
wild rice
Preparation

Saute tips, onions and mushrooms until medium rare to medium; add salt and pepper to taste.
Combine bouillon with water and cornstarch and mix together.
Simmer slowly while preparing rice. Serve on rice.
