Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. crisco oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. diced apples

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Mixture will be stiff.
Spread in 9 x 13 pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hours.
