Ingredients

1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
dash of cayenne pepper
1 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. salt
6 c. plain popped popcorn
Preparation

Place sugar, chili powder, cinnamon, salt and cayenne pepper in a zip-type plastic bag or other 2-quart airtight container. Mix.
Add popcorn.
Spray popcorn with nonstick cooking spray. Close bag and shake.
Repeat one or two times until popcorn is coated.
Yields 6 cups.
