Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. sweet milk
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add brown sugar; cook 2 minutes.
    Add milk. Bring to a full boil.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool.
    Beat in confectioners sugar.
    Spread on cooled cake.
