Ann'S Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. water
dash of salt
2 c. raw peanuts
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Place sugar, corn syrup, water, salt and peanuts in a 2-quart microwaveproof bowl.
Cook on High in microwave for 5 minutes, then stir.
Cook on High 13 to 15 minutes, until 300\u00b0 on candy thermometer. Stir in butter, soda and vanilla just until light and bubbly.
Pour onto buttered cookie sheet.
Spread.
Cool and break into pieces.
