Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices bread, crumbled
    6 Tbsp. milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1 small onion, minced
    1 tsp. sugar (optional)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can mushroom or cream of chicken soup
    1 can milk (or more)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients
    except
    soup and the 1 can milk.
    Form into balls and brown in
    skillet.
    Pour
    off
    fat.
    Add
    the soup and enough milk to cover
    balls.
    Simmer
    1/2
    to
    1
    hour, uncovered.
    Serve over rice, noodles, mashed potatoes or alone with bread.
    Quick and easy and can be made ahead and heated.
