Aunt Mary'S Hystaquita - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. Longhorn cheese
    5 hard-boiled eggs
    1 can pimientos
    5 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Grind the first 3 ingredients together.
    Heat the next 3 ingredients until thick.
    While still hot, pour over the ground ingredients.
    Mix well and refrigerate when cool.
    Serve cold on crackers.
    Makes 8 servings.
