Ingredients

3 c. sliced onions
2 Tbsp. butter
4 c. beef consomme
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
croutons
Parmesan cheese
Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook onions in butter over low heat for 30 minutes.
Stir occasionally.
Add consomme and Worcestershire sauce; heat to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
Put in individual bowls and top with croutons, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese.
Place under broiler until cheese is melted.
