Mexican Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cocoa powder (unsweetened)
    1/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. shredded orange peel
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 qt. skim milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon sticks (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, combine the cocoa, water, honey, sugar, orange peel and cinnamon.
    Cook and stir over medium heat about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
    Gradually stir in milk; heat just until simmering.
    Do not boil.
    Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
    Pour into 6 cups.
    Serve with cinnamon stick stirrers, if desired. Makes 4 cups, 6 servings.
