Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2/3 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
    1/2 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 bell pepper
    1 or 2 jalapeno peppers
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 can yellow cream style corn
    1 medium onion
Preparation
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Makes 2 skillets.
