Curried Pork Sate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. dry red or white wine
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
    2 1/2 lb. lean, boneless pork, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
Preparation
    In bowl, stir together the soy sauce, oil, wine, sugar, curry powder and pepper flakes.
    Add pork and toss to coat well.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, tossing occasionally. Prepare a fire in a grill.
    Position the oiled grill rack 4 to 6-inches above fire.
