Vel-Rol Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5-inch chunk Velveeta cheese, chopped into medium chunks
1 can Ro-Tel, drained (depending on how you like it; I suggest mild)
1 tsp. chili powder or taco seasoning (optional)
Preparation

In microwave bowl add half of cheese, then Ro-Tel.
Microwave in 20 second increments to make sure cheese does not burn and stir with each check. Keep adding cheese until cheese is at desired dipping stage, then dip is done.
