Original New York Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 (10-inch) graham cracker crust

Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients thoroughly with a mixer.
Pour into a graham cracker crust and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 300\u00b0.
