Pumpkin Pie(For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    2 large eggs
    1/2 c. Sugar Twin brown sugar replacement
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    12 oz. can evaporated skim milk
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in mixer bowl and mix at medium speed until smooth.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie crust.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
    One serving:
    30 g. carbohydrates; 9 g. protein; 16 g.
    fat.
