Oriental Chicken Wings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 wings, separated
1 egg, well beaten
2/3 c. cornstarch
3/4 c. vegetable oil
pepper to taste
1/3 c. chicken stock
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. white wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Preparation

Use only upper wing sections.
Use tips for stock, if desired. Dip pieces in egg; roll in cornstarch.
Fry wings in hot oil for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
Place on baking sheet. Season with pepper.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
Makes up to 4 servings.
