Mandarin Orange Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1- box Duncan Hines (or your choice) butter cake mix
1- can mandarin oranges
3/4- cup vegetable oil
3- eggs
1- tsp. Vanilla Extract
1- large can crushed pineapple (undrained)
1- large box instant vanilla pudding mix
1- large tub cool whip

Preparation

Beat cake mix, oranges, oil, and eggs (mix thoroughly).
Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
Beat remaining ingredients and spread onto cooled cake.
Serves 16 and takes about 40 minutes to make.
