Mushroom Paprika Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. beef broth
    1 c. sour cream
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms, oleo and paprika.
    Sprinkle in flour and parsley.
    Add beef broth and simmer.
    Mix together egg yolk and sour cream.
    Slowly add to soup and heat.
    Do not boil!!
