Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/4 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Heat oil slightly (medium). Sift flour and mix with all but 4 tablespoons of buttermilk. Put the 4 tablespoons on top of batter and pour medium hot oil on top of buttermilk. Stir well and drop by heaping tablespoonfuls onto bread pan with lip. Bake at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
