Chile Rellenos Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 cans (4-oz. each) whole green chiles, drained
    2 c. grated cheddar cheese, divided
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    In large skillet, crumble together beef, sausage, onion and garlic.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until meat is browned; drain.
    Line 9-inch by 13-inch baking dish with half of the chiles; top with 1 1/2 cups cheese.
    Add meat mixture, top with remaining chiles; set aside.
