Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hen
    1 medium onion
    3 celery leaves
    1 carrot
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stalk celery
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1 c. mayonnaise
    sweet pickle juice
Preparation
    Put a large (about 5 lb.) hen in stew pot and half cover with water.
    Add a medium size onion, a few celery leaves, carrot and bay leaves.
    Cook slowly until tender.
    Cut into small pieces.
    Add a rib of celery, finely diced, and 2 grated hard-boiled eggs.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt.
    Moisten mayonnaise with a little sweet pickle juice and fold into chicken mixture.
