Crushed Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. shredded zucchini
    3 c. sugar
    46 oz. can pineapple juice
    1 1/2 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Pack in pint jars and seal at once.
    Makes 9 pints.
