Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 orange
1/2 rind
1 apple, unpeeled but cored
1 c. cranberries (whole), washed
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
2 pkg. reduced-calorie Jell-O
4 to 8 pkg. sweetener (Sweet 'N Low or Equal, etc.)
1 c. chopped celery
2 c. hot water
Preparation

First put orange, peel, apple and cranberries in blender, one at a time.
Add pineapple, celery and Jell-O, mixed with water. Combine all ingredients; let set.
Decorate with grapes and orange slices.
One-half cup salad contains 4 calories.
