Smoked Whitefish Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia brand cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. smoked whitefish, skinned, boned and flaked
2 Tbsp. finely chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 to 1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Preparation

Mix ingredients until well blended; refrigerate.
Serve with cocktail rye bread slices or crackers.
Garnish with quartered lemon and lime slices and fresh dill, if desired.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
