Hot Dill Pickles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head fresh dill or 1 Tbsp. dill seed
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1 hot pepper
1 qt. water
1 c. canning salt
2 qt. apple cider vinegar
Preparation

Mix liquids and bring to good boil; pack dill, garlic, peppers and cucumbers into jars.
Pour hot solution over cucumbers, set jars in pan of hot water and heat for about 15 minutes, then seal jars.
Will be ready to eat in 2 or 3 weeks.
