Butter Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. pecans
    1 Tbsp. oleo
    5 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. condensed milk
    1 can Eagle Brand
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 Tbsp. butter flavoring
    dash of salt
    1/4 tsp. maple flavoring
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 box instant vanilla pudding
    5 egg yolks
Preparation
    Toast pecans at 350\u00b0 in oleo.
    Beat egg whites and add sugar (whip until foamy).
    Mix all ingredients from condensed milk down, add pecans, fold in egg whites.
    Pour in freezer and add sweet milk as needed per freezer directions.
