Buttermilk Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 stick oleo
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Cream the oleo, sugar and flour until smooth. Add eggs, buttermilk and lemon extract.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
